One standard of quality. Price reflects the work, not the tier.
Every figure gets the same careful painting, whether it’s a single-colour tabletop unit or a heavily patterned command figure. “Detailed” pricing covers work like intricate patterns, freehand designs, camouflage schemes, etc. that take extra time — it’s not a different quality level, just more of it.
Turnaround time
Turnaround depends heavily on the size of the project — a few infantry can be quick to schedule, while a large army or vehicle-heavy commission takes longer. Work is taken first come, first served; larger jobs don’t jump the queue. You’ll get a realistic start date and completion estimate with your quote.
Revisions
Before anything is packed and posted, you’ll see photos of the finished figures. Your first round of changes is free — if you’d like further revisions beyond that, these are billed at an hourly rate.
Postage & buying figures
All figures are carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail. I ship worldwide — postage cost depends on the size and weight of your order and will be confirmed as part of your quote.
You can send your own figures, ready to paint, or I can order them for you — the cost is added to your invoice, along with build/prep if needed.
Paint guides & references
Got a specific colour scheme in mind — unit facings, tartan patterns, horse markings, heraldry from a particular source? Send over your references or paint guide and I’ll match them as closely as possible.
