Do you buy the figures?
Either we can buy the figures and add the cost to your invoice, or you can buy them yourself and have them sent to our address.
You can also send us figures that you already own.
Can you build my figures?
Yes. We can build your figures before painting.
Building and preparation can be included in your commission and will be accounted for when we provide your quote.
Do you base the figures?
Yes. We can base your figures as part of the commission. The cost will depend on the type and complexity of the basing required.
If you have a particular basing style in mind, please let us know when requesting your quote.
What can you paint?
We specialise in historical miniatures, particularly 28mm figures, but we’re happy to discuss other types and scales of miniature.
If you’re unsure whether your project is something we can help with, simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss it.
Do you only offer 28mm commission painting?
28mm is our speciality, but we also work with other miniature scales. Get in touch with details of your project and we’ll let you know what we can offer.
Pricing & Turnaround
How much does it cost?
Every project is different, so the final price depends on the number of figures, their size, the amount of detail required and any building or basing work.
You can see our starting prices and more information about how commissions are priced on our Pricing page.
View our pricing →Do you offer a budget service?
Yes. The amount of time and detail required for a commission can be adjusted to suit your requirements and budget.
We’ll discuss your expectations with you before providing a quote.
How long will it take to paint my figures?
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the project and our current commission schedule.
When we provide your quote, we’ll give you an estimated start date and completion timeframe.
The Painting Process
What paints do you use?
We use a range of high-quality miniature paints and products from established miniature painting brands.
Will you keep in touch?
Yes. We keep you updated as your commission progresses and can provide photographs of the work during the painting process.
We’re also happy to discuss any questions or changes you have along the way.
Can I provide paint guides and references?
Absolutely. If you have particular colour schemes, uniform references, artwork, historical references or other information you’d like us to work from, please send them through with your commission details.
